cancellation policy

All confirmed appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service.

Unfortunately, same day cancellations cannot be filled and will be treated as a no-show. All no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of your service.

I understand life can be crazy on occasion, however I reserve a significant amount of time for you specifically. With that, I ask that we respect the time of one another.

That’s why I only use high-quality, nourishing products like Oligo, Calura Color, Calura Gloss, Bumble and bumble, and AIIR Professional.  These luxury products will enhance the health and beauty of your hair and are free of harsh chemicals and allergens including PPD and ammonia. As a cat lover, it’s also important that my products are cruelty free too!
